About Me

First of all, my name’s Benny and I’m a 30 something computer nerd. I first became interested in health and fitness when I was about fifteen when my brother somehow convinced me to chip in my pocket money for a Joe Weider weights set, which we ordered through a “Muscle and Fitness” magazine. A week later the postman dropped off our 50kg weight set (he got quite the work out himself that day) and we set out about to transform our small and weak bodies into the man mountains we saw in the magazines (yeah Arnold!).

Benny graduationI continued my interest with fitness into later years and went on to study a Bachelor of Science at university majoring in Human Movement (commonly called sports science or kinesiology in other parts of the world). Although I loved sport and pumping iron, my body hardly reflected the hours of effort I put in at the gym. I could tell you everything about the mechanics of the body, physiology of exercise and recite countless scientific studies, but unfortunately I was the classic case of all talk, no walk.

In the years that followed I tested many, many, many training techniques and methods – some from my sport science background – some from competition bodybuilders I’d befriended at my gym. Ironically, I found that the best information came from the bodybuilders, who had proven their techniques through their amazing physiques.

The Body Transformation

Fast forward to recent times and I’d somehow ended up in Information Technology (computers) as a career. After many years of working long hours, with little time to exercise and a poor diet, my body had reached an all time low. One day after looking in the mirror with my pot belly, skinny arms and sparrows chest I decided something had to be done. I was on a mission to perform the simplest, most effective muscle building body transformation around. I wanted the ripped six pack, big guns and huge chest. I wanted to look like the bodybuilders, fitness models and celebrities. But most importantly, I wanted to
eclipse any previous effort I had made in the past, so people would turn their heads and say WOW!

My goal was to look like Ryan Reynolds or Taylor Lautner – super ripped and shredded!

So I scoured the internet looking for the best muscle building and six pack abs programs available. I even bought a few eBook programs to evaluate – taking the best parts of each for my own Mission to Muscle program. I have to admit there were literally hundreds and thousands of blogs, forums and websites spouting information – it was enough to make your head spin. Fortunately, I was able to quickly discount what was useful and what was BS based on my experience and sports science background. I devised a program, taking the best parts of everything I had read and set about making it a reality.

The End Result

As you can see the Mission to Muscle body transformation turned out to be a massive success. I finally attained the body that I never thought was possible and I solely put this down to a solid knowledge base and applying some select tips and tricks that bodybuilders and fitness models employ to get ripped and shredded for competition.
